Testing Zara Larsson's Music Knowledge | Track Star*

Zara Larsson has been a mainstay of global pop for over a decade, known for her upbeat songwriting and the unapologetic energy she brings to every performance. Jack and Zara played our game show last spring, but we decided to take the footage out of the archives and edit a long form episode for Youtube.

On this episode of Track Star, Zara puts her music knowledge to the test against a soundtrack of icons. She reflects on the untouchable legacy of ABBA and her experience seeing their "Voyage" hologram show, before diving into the R&B and pop powerhouses that shaped her, from Whitney Houston and Janet Jackson to Gwen Stefani and Amerie.

Along with the music, Zara shares some more personal stories, including the unexpected logistics of eating lobster in a car and why she believes making a curated playlist for a friend is one of the most meaningful gestures you can make.

This Episode's Playlist:
Lay All Your Love On Me - ABBA

It’s Not Right But It’s Okay - Whitney Houston
