Zee Avi: NPR Music Tiny Desk Concert

Avi's unique rise to fame(she was signed to a record label a month after posting some songs on YouTube and MySpace), is easily understood as soon as you hear her breezy and tender voice. Born in Malaysia, she is evidence of how the internet can be such a powerful tool for budding artists.
Avi plays some of her signature tracks for NPR Music's Tiny Desk Series, including
"Honey Bee"
"First of the Gang" (Morrissey cover)
"Just You and Me"
